Sub-way to connect bus stand with railway station« Back

INDORE: In view of Simhastha 2016, two bus stops of the city—Sarvate and Gangwal is all set to get a facelift, and for smooth flow of passengers between railway station and bus stand, Indore Municipal Corporation (IMC) is going to construct a sub-way to connect Indore railway station with Sarvate bus stand.

Collector Akash Tripathi after meeting of district traffic, road safety and bus stand monitoring committing, on Monday said, Indore Development Authority (IDA) was given task for improving infrastructure of both the stands of the city and work will begin in a week time.

IMC will construct a sub-way to connect railway station with bus stand, so that people can move from one place to another without hiring any vehicle. Along with this pre-paid booth for auto will be constructed on platform number 5.
