Ujjain : Divisional Commissioner Ravindra Pastor on Tuesday made inspection of Simhastha zonal offices and had a word with saints. He told officials that their priority is to provide better facility to saints and visitors during Simhastha. All fundamental needs would be fulfilled at Akhadas at different sectors and zones.
Pastor visited Zone-2 offices in Mangalnath and Mahakal Zone-4. He also made inspection of development works at Ramghat and Dutt Akhada area and directed officials for speedy completion of the works. He also sought information about the street lights held at fair area and directed to put on all the lights from Wednesday. Dr Pastor also directed to ensure power connection, tap connection, toilets, sewer line, woods, ration and other basic needs at the plots allotted to the saints. Food inspector would be appointed at each zone. A flex displaying the information of ration distribution spot and gas agency will be installed.
Dr Pastor during his visit to Zone-2 office at Mangalnath met saints and seers and heard their grievances and got them redressed. Zonal Magistrates were directed to disseminate the information of the basic facilities provided to them at the fair area by holding meeting. Sanchi Milk Parlours will soon be installed at the fair area. Zonal Magistrates Avadhesh Sharma, Gopal Dad, deputy commissioner RP Shrivastava, UDA EE KC Patidar, deputy fair officer Anil Patwa and others were present.
