Consumer Satisfaction Cards to decide level of dept services« Back

Ujjain : Administration is planning to distribute Consumer Satisfaction Cards to the visitors during Simhastha Fair. These cards will be filled by the visitors and will allot the marks on the basis of the services they will receive during their visit. Visitor can give 25 marks to the concerned department for the best service. Department getting 20 marks will be graded as good and 15 marks grade average services while 10 marks signify low standard service. Divisional Commissioner has directed all the departments to make Consumer Satisfaction Card.

Park your vehicles only at Parking Zones from Mar 1

The time has come when the citizens will have to follow the traffic rules strictly to pose a good image in the eyes of the visitors ahead of Simhastha Fair. They will have to park their vehicles only at parking zones from March 1.

In case the vehicles are found parked beside the roads, Traffic Department will slap a fine on the owners. Police and RTO would survey the vehicles in the city. Parking facility will be available at Savrakhedi, Lalpul, Bhukhimata bypass,

Juna Somwaria, Ranjeet Hanuman, Kaal Bhairav, Mangalnath and Veer Sawarkar chauraha except the days of royal bathes during Simhastha. Parking will be done at satellite towns on the days of royal bathes.

Adjoining hamlets decked up to host Simhastha

Small villages located near the city of Ujjain have been decked up to receive the visitors of Simhastha Fair. 101 villages of 95 Gram Panchayats have been developed to host the visitors. Village houses and official buildings have been painted pink. The villages are equipped with all basic facilities like toilets.
